Our Kwik Wide Mount Pull-Out Package gives you a whole fresh front drive system.
Featuring an LS3 Corvette balancer and water pump, it turns the truck engine into the shortest LS package.

It also works nicely with low profile intake manifolds. Here’s what’s included:

*The supplied Corvette harmonic balancer will not work with truck engines with Variable Valve Timing (VVT) due to the thicker timing cover. However, many aftermarket sources have VVT delete kits consisting of a new timing cover, cam sprocket and bolts. Simply search for “VVT delete kit”.

All LS based truck engines starting in 2010 came equipped with VVT.
Some 6.0L and 6.2L engines starting in 2007 also have VVT.

Who is the K10560 designed for?

This package is built for builders using a salvage LS truck engine (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L) who want to convert it to Corvette accessory spacing. It's the go-to solution when you're pulling an engine from a donor truck and need a complete, swap-friendly front drive system.

What's the difference between the K10560 and the K10559?

The K10560 is the same kit as the K10559 but adds a Corvette-style water pump and harmonic balancer (crank pulley). These additional components convert a truck-configured LS engine to Corvette spacing, creating the shortest possible LS package for easier fitment in swap applications. If your engine already has Corvette spacing (like most GM crate motors), you only need the K10559.

Why would I want to convert my truck engine to Corvette spacing?

Factory LS truck accessory drives position components low and wide, which often interferes with frame rails, crossmembers, and other chassis components in swap applications. Converting to Corvette spacing creates the most compact LS package possible, making installation in muscle cars, classic trucks, and street rods significantly easier.

What's included in the K10560 package?

You receive AC and alternator/power steering brackets, a Sanden 709 AC compressor, 165-amp PowerMaster alternator, Type 2 power steering pump with pulley and reservoir, Gates serpentine belt, plus an LS3 Corvette water pump and Corvette-spacing harmonic balancer with bolt.

Will this work on my Variable Valve Timing (VVT) equipped engine?

The included Corvette harmonic balancer is not compatible with VVT engines due to their thicker timing covers. All LS truck engines from 2010 onward have VVT, and some 6.0L and 6.2L engines from 2007 also feature VVT. To use this kit on a VVT engine, you'll need an aftermarket VVT delete kit (timing cover, cam sprocket, and bolts), which is available from various aftermarket suppliers.

How do I know if my engine has VVT?

Check your engine's production year. Pre-2007 LS truck engines do not have VVT. From 2007-2009, VVT appeared on some 6.0L and 6.2L variants. Starting in 2010, all LS-based truck engines came equipped with VVT.

Does the kit work with aftermarket intake manifolds?

Yes. The system is specifically engineered to provide clearance for low-profile intake manifolds, which is particularly valuable in tight engine bays and builds using aftermarket intakes.

Why use a Sanden 709 instead of the factory truck AC compressor?

Factory LS truck compressors mount low in the engine bay and frequently conflict with frame rails in swap applications. The Sanden 709 relocates to a higher, more accessible position while offering proven reliability and efficiency. It also uses a 6-groove pulley compatible with the serpentine system, unlike many OEM variable-displacement compressors with 4-groove pulleys.

Is there a version with a smaller compressor for tighter builds?

Yes. The K10740 - LS Truck Pull-Out Serpentine Package with Sanden Mini substitutes the compact SD7B10 compressor, reducing overall width by approximately one inch. The Mini is also lighter, quieter, and rated for higher RPM operation.

Which compressor size should I choose for my build?

For standard and extended cab pickups, coupes, and sedans, the Sanden Mini (K10740) provides adequate cooling capacity when matched with an appropriately sized condenser and evaporator. Choose the HD version (K10560) if you're building a Suburban, station wagon, or vehicle with extensive glass area that creates a larger cooling load.
