And now, we’ve combined those brackets with the rest of the components you need to install a complete serpentine system on your engine.

Your local auto recycler is a great source for inexpensive LS horsepower.
But, the front drive systems on LS truck engines aren’t always swap friendly.
Our Kwik Wide Mount Pull-Out Package gives you a whole fresh front drive system.
Featuring an LS3 Corvette balancer and water pump, it turns the truck engine into the shortest LS package.

It also works nicely with low profile intake manifolds.

Here’s what’s included:

  • AC compressor bracket
  • Alternator/power steering bracket
  • Sanden 709 AC compressor
  • 165 Amp Power Master alternator (4-pin plug)
  • Type 2 (CB) power steering pump with pulley and hose barb
  • Power steering fluid reservoir and feed hose
  • Gates 6-rib serpentine belt
  • LS3 Corvette replacement water pump (upper outlet on driver's side)
  • Harmonic balancer with Corvette spacing (bolt included)*

*The supplied Corvette harmonic balancer will not work with truck engines with Variable Valve Timing (VVT) due to the thicker timing cover. However, many aftermarket sources have VVT delete kits consisting of a new timing cover, cam sprocket and bolts. Simply search for “VVT delete kit”.


All LS based truck engines starting in 2010 came equipped with VVT.
Some 6.0L and 6.2L engines starting in 2007 also have VVT.

Q: What specific components are included in the complete K10560 package? 

A: This is an all-inclusive system that contains:

  • Brackets: A/C compressor and Alternator/Power Steering brackets (6061-T6 aluminum).
  • A/C Compressor: Genuine Sanden 709 (SD7H15) "HD" model.
  • Alternator: PowerMaster 165-amp unit (4-pin plug).
  • Power Steering Pump: Type 2 (CB series) pump with pulley and hose barb.
  • Reservoir: Remote power steering fluid reservoir and feed hose.
  • Water Pump: LS3 Corvette replacement water pump (upper outlet on driver's side)
  • Harmonic Balancer: Corvette spacing (bolt included)
  • Belt, Tensioner & Pulleys: Gates 6-rib serpentine belt, spring-loaded automatic tensioner and idler pulleys.
  • Hardware: All necessary spacers and zinc-plated fasteners.

Q: What is the primary purpose of the K10560 "Pull-Out" package?

A: This is a comprehensive conversion system designed for builders using a salvage or "pull-out" LS truck engine (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L). It replaces the bulky factory truck accessory drive with a "Wide Mount" layout and converts the belt offset to the Corvette "short" spacing. You get everything you need to convert an “experienced” truck engine to all new accessories.

Q: Why does this kit include a new water pump and harmonic balancer?

A: Factory truck engines use the longest belt offset (spaced furthest from the block). The K10560 includes an LS3 Corvette-style water pump and harmonic balancer to convert the engine to the shortest possible spacing. This gains approximately 1.5 to 2 inches of clearance at the front of the engine for radiators and fans.

Q: Which A/C compressor is utilized in this system?

A: The kit is equipped with a Sanden 709 (SD7H15) HD compressor. This model is chosen for its high cooling capacity and reliability in larger cabins (e.g., Suburbans, station wagons, or vehicles with large glass areas). It is mounted in a high-passenger-side position to clear frame rails.

Q: What type of power steering pump is supplied with the K10560?

A: The kit includes a Type 2 (CB series) power steering pump. This is a high-performance, compact pump that requires a remote-style reservoir. The package includes the remote reservoir and the necessary feed hose.

Q: What are the specifications of the included alternator?

A: The system features a 165-amp Powermaster alternator. This high-output unit is designed to handle the electrical loads of modern LS swaps, including dual electric fans, high-pressure fuel pumps, and upgraded audio systems.

Q: Is this kit compatible with Variable Valve Timing (VVT) engines?

A: No. The provided Corvette-spacing harmonic balancer will not seat properly on VVT-equipped engines due to the thicker factory timing cover. To use this kit on a 2010+ truck engine or a 2007–2009 6.0L/6.2L with VVT, a VVT delete kit (timing cover, cam sprocket, and bolts) must be installed first.

Q: Will the K10560 clear a factory LS truck intake manifold?

A: Yes. The "Wide Mount" bracket geometry was specifically engineered to provide clearance for the taller factory truck intake manifolds, as well as various low-profile aftermarket intakes.

Q: What is the benefit of the "Wide Mount" configuration for a swap?

A: By moving the alternator and A/C compressor outward and upward, the kit provides maximum clearance for steering boxes, A-arms, and frame rails, which are common interference points in muscle cars (Chevelle/Camaro) and classic truck (C10 and OBS) swaps. It also creates a low profile when combined with a passenger car style intake manifold.

Q: Is the serpentine belt included in the package?

A: Yes. Unlike our bracket-only kits, this complete system includes a Gates serpentine belt and a spring-loaded automatic tensioner to ensure proper belt wrap and maintenance-free operation.

Q: What additional tools are required for installation?

A: Installation requires a standard LS-specific harmonic balancer installation tool to seat the new Corvette balancer. Do not use the included new crankshaft bolt to pull the balancer onto the shaft, as the bolt is a torque-to-yield design bolt that should only be used once.
