• What engines and vehicle spacings are this kit compatible with? This kit is compatible with GM LS Gen 3 or 4 engines using Camaro/Firebird F-Body (1998-2002) or GTO (2004-06) harmonic) balancer and water pump spacing.
• Why would I choose a "Wide Mount" configuration? By locating the compressor outside the cylinder head, it solves frame and chassis clearance issues common in swaps for 1st-3rd Gen Camaros, Chevelles (A-body), S10 pickups, and 1955+ Chevy trucks.
• What is the difference between K10674 and K10471? The K10674 is specifically for the compact Sanden Mini (7176) compressor, while the K10471 is built for the larger Sanden HD (508/709 style) compressors.

Compatibility & Installation

• Which AC compressor must be used with this bracket? You must use a Sanden Mini SD7B10 (Model 7176). It is not compatible with Sanden 508/709 style compressors.
• What belt size is required? The kit uses a six-rib serpentine belt. Kwik Performance installation instructions provide suggested lengths and Gates part numbers based on your specific alternator and pulley setup.
• Can I use my factory F-body or GTO alternator bracket with this? Yes, this AC bracket is designed to work alongside the factory alternator/power steering bracket or the Kwik K10167 Alt/PS bracket.
