Narrow Street Rod AC-Alt/PS relocation bracket system for LS engines with Corvette (1997-2013) crank pulley and water pump spacing.*

A perfect LS front serpentine solution for classic street rods and trucks (pre-1948).

This bracket system mounts the front accessories high and narrow for LS swap suitability.
This system can fit inside the hood sides of a 32 Ford!
Allows you to keep your Corvette balancer and water pump for maximum radiator clearance.
The Corvette crank/WP gives you the shortest LS configuration, allowing more room for electric fans.
The system is driven by one main 6-rib serpentine belt.

    Sanden SD7H15 AC compressor. We recommend the 709 over the 508
    compressor for smoother operation and slightly more cooling capacity. (Kwik Performance PN
    10300-01).

    Any LS alternator (except LSA /
    Cadillac CTS-V). Consider our PowerMaster alternator: (Kwik Performance PN
    48206).

    Type 2 PS pump with threaded mounting

    Q: Why is the K10232 system specifically recommended for pre-1948 street rods?

    A: We designed this system to be our "High and Narrow" solution. Early street rods, like the '32 Ford, have notoriously tapered engine bays. By moving the accessories up and pulling them inward toward the centerline of the engine, we’ve created a package that can actually fit inside factory hood sides while clearing narrow frame rails.

    Q: How does this system help with radiator and fan clearance?

    A: This system is built around the Corvette (1997–2013) spacing, which is the shortest LS harmonic balancer and water pump configuration available. By staying tucked close to the block, we give you the maximum possible room for thick radiators and high-performance electric fans.

    Q: Which alternators are compatible with the K10232 dual bolt pattern?

    A: We want you to have flexibility depending on your power needs. The bracket features a dual bolt pattern that accommodates 1997–2013 Corvette, 1999–2013 GM Truck, 1998–2002 Camaro/GTO, and 2010–2015 Camaro alternators. Please note that it will not fit Cadillac CTS-V or LSA alternators.

    Q: What makes the power steering pump mounting unique on this kit?

    A: We’ve "tucked and reclocked" the pump. By moving it down and in, we gain critical clearance for steering boxes and frame rails. We also reclocked the pump's position to make the pressure port much easier to access for your hydraulic lines.

    Q: Which power steering pumps and pulleys can we use?

    A: You have several options, but pulley size matters for clearance:

    • Best Fit: Our Kwik Performance pump (PN 10206-06) with a 5.5” pulley.
    • Corvette: Standard pump with 6.7” pulley.
    • Camaro (98-02): 6” pulley (Note: the pulley must be pulled off the shaft approximately 1/8” to align perfectly).
    • Camaro (2010-15): 6” pulley (Give us a call for technical advice on this one).
    • GTO (2005-06): Give us a call (Note: the 2004 GTO pump will not work).

    Q: How do we handle the power steering reservoir?

    A: To keep the engine bay tidy, this system allows us to mount a factory GM remote reservoir directly above the power steering pump. This is an optional setup, but it’s the most convenient way to manage the fluid in a tight street rod engine bay.

    Q: Is there a specific water pump you recommend for this setup?

    A: While it works with standard Corvette water pumps, we highly recommend the 2009–2013 LS3 Corvette water pump. The way the outlet is positioned on that specific pump prevents the serpentine belt from being “trapped” by the upper radiator hose, making future belt changes much simpler.

    Q: Does this system provide adequate belt wrap for the power steering pump?

    A: Absolutely. We’ve engineered the geometry to actually exceed the OEM Corvette level of belt wrap. This ensures that even with high-pressure steering maneuvers, you won't experience belt slip or squeal.
