Product Warranties at Kwik Performance, Inc.

 

All Kwik Performance brand brackets come with a lifetime warranty. Simply, if your bracket breaks due to normal use, we will replace the broken part. If your bracket has a defect in workmanship or materials, the lifetime warranty applies, and you are eligible for a replacement product or refund (excluding wear items: pulleys, belts, tensioners which have a limited warranty). Kwik Performance is not responsible for any shop costs incurred. If you are having a problem call us.  We know our products better than anyone.

Products sold by Kwik Performance, but not made by Kwik, have their own warranty period determined by the manufacturer.
Warranty period begins from date of purchase. Having a problem after your warranty period has expired? Give us a call and we will do everything we can to help.

Returns & Exchanges at Kwik Performance

At Kwik Performance, we want your project to go as smoothly as possible. If a part doesn’t work for your build, we’re here to help you figure out what will work. Our goal is to be flexible and fair—we’re enthusiasts too, and we know plans can change.

The General Rule

If you need to return an item, we’ll generally take it back as long as it’s in resalable condition.

  • No Restocking Fees: In most cases, if the part is returned clean and complete, we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • The Timeline: Please try to reach out within 90 days of receiving your order. If you’re outside that window, give us a shout anyway; we’ll do our best to work something out.

Condition Matters

While we try to be as easy-going as possible, we do have to ensure the next customer receives a quality product.

  • Like-New: If it’s in the original box and looks like it did when it left our shop, you’ll get a full refund.
  • Minor Refurbishment: If the box is a bit beat up or we need to spend a few minutes cleaning off some fingerprints, no big deal—usually still no fee.
  • Incomplete or Marred: If parts are missing, or if the item is badly scratched/marred from a trial fit, we may apply a restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of replacement hardware or the labor required to get the part back to "Kwik" standards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in Touch: Email us at info@kwikperf.com or call 417-955-1467 with your order number.
  2. Pack it Up: Please secure the parts well. We can’t be responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
  3. Ship it Back: Once we receive the item and give it a quick look-over, we’ll process your refund or exchange immediately.

Shipping Your Return

To keep things fair and keep our prices competitive, we handle shipping as follows:

  • If we made a mistake: If we sent you the wrong part or if there is a manufacturing defect, the shipping is on us. We will send you a pre-paid return label and get the right part out to you as quickly as possible.
  • If you changed your mind: If you decided to go a different route with your build or ordered the wrong version for your setup, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Pro Tip: We highly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Performance parts can be heavy and expensive; we can only issue a refund once the package safely arrives at our shop.

A Note on Packaging

Because many of our products are metal and have specific finishes, please ensure they are wrapped securely. Parts that bounce around in a box during transit often arrive "marred or blemished" which can lead to those restocking fees we mentioned earlier. A little extra bubble wrap goes a long way!

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
