What engines is this kit designed for? 

The K10559 is designed for GM LS3 crate engines that come equipped with a Corvette-style harmonic balancer and water pump. Most GM Performance crate motors ship with these components already installed, making this kit a direct bolt-on solution.

What's included in this complete package? 

The kit includes an AC compressor bracket, alternator/power steering bracket, Sanden 709 AC compressor, 165-amp PowerMaster alternator (4-pin plug), Type 2 (CB) power steering pump with pulley and hose barb, power steering fluid reservoir and feed hose, and a Gates 6-rib serpentine belt.

What's the difference between the K10559 and the K10560? 

The K10559 includes the brackets and accessories needed for engines that already have Corvette spacing (water pump and crank pulley). Most GM crate motors come configured this way. The K10560 includes everything in the K10559 plus a Corvette-style water pump and harmonic balancer (crank pulley) to convert a truck engine to Corvette spacing. If you're starting with a junkyard LS truck engine and need to convert it to the shortest possible package, choose the K10560.

What type of AC compressor does this kit include? 

This kit includes the Sanden 709 (SD7H15), which Kwik Performance calls the "HD" compressor. It features 7 cylinders with approximately 9 cubic inches of pumping capacity per revolution. Kwik Performance recommends the 709 over the 508 for smoother operation with less vibration on LS engines.

Is there a version with a smaller AC compressor? 

Yes. If you need a more compact setup, Kwik Performance offers the K10739 - LS3 Crate Engine Serpentine Package with Sanden Mini. The Sanden Mini (SD7B10) reduces overall width by just over one inch, saves a few pounds, and is rated for higher RPM (up to 9,000 RPM).

Will this kit work with low-profile intake manifolds? 

Yes. The wide-mount design positions the accessories to provide clearance for low-profile intake manifolds, making it ideal for tight engine bays and custom swap applications.

What vehicles is this kit typically used in?

This kit is designed for clean installs in classic muscle cars and custom pickups receiving an LS3 crate engine. The balanced layout provides ideal alternator and AC placement for a professional appearance.

What belt do I need? 

A Gates 6-rib serpentine belt is included in the package. Installation instructions will include suggested part number.
